PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve recognition accuracy of a recognition object in a case where there is an attachment.SOLUTION: A detection device 10 and a camera device 11 comprise a camera 20 and a controller 31. The camera 20 is attached to a mobile body 50 and images the periphery of the mobile body 50. The controller 31 performs, on the picked-up image from the camera 20, first processing of recognizing an attachment attached to a translucent member exposed to the exterior of the mobile body 50, and second processing of detecting a part of the picked-up image as a detection image on the basis of a shape or a feature related to a recognition object.
