Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for lithium ion secondary battery capable of speedily cancelling a local temperature rise of the electrode for lithium ion secondary battery consisting of a mixture containing an electrode active material, an electrical conduction assistant and a binder, and a lithium ion secondary battery comprising the same.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an electrode for lithium ion secondary battery comprising an electrode mixture layer consisting of a mixture containing a first electrode active material containing a compound expressed by a general formula LiAPO; a second electrode active material containing at least one selected from among a compound expressed by a general formula LiBO, a lithium cobaltate based compound, lithium manganate based compound and a lithium nickelate based compound; an electrical conduction assistant; and a binder. Regarding the electrode for lithium ion secondary battery, heat conductivity of the electrode for lithium ion secondary battery that is derived by a formula (1) while using a thermal diffusion factor, constant pressure specific heat and an electrode density of the electrode for lithium ion secondary battery is equal to or more than 0.9 W/(m K).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】電極活物質と、導電助剤と、バインダーとを含む混合物からなる電極合剤層を備えるリチウムイオン二次電池用電極の局所的な温度上昇を速やかに解消することが可能なリチウムイオン二次電池用電極及びそれを備えたリチウムイオン二次電池を提供する。【解決手段】一般式LiaAbPO4で表わされる化合物を含む第一の電極活物質と、一般式LicBdO2で表される化合物、コバルト酸リチウム系化合物、マンガン酸リチウム系化合物及びニッケル酸リチウム系化合物からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含む第二の電極活物質と、導電助剤と、バインダーとを含む混合物からなる電極合剤層を備えるリチウムイオン二次電池用電極であって、リチウムイオン二次電池用電極の熱拡散率、定圧比熱及び電極密度を用いて式(1)により導出された、リチウムイオン二次電池用電極の熱伝導率が0.9W/(m・K)以上であるリチウムイオン二次電池用電極。【選択図】なし
