Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus that adds decorativeness to its hands each indicating the value of a physical quantity of a display object.SOLUTION: A display apparatus 1 comprises: a light source part 10; a light guide plate 30 that has fine particles uniformly dispersed in a light transmissive material, the fine particles having an average particle diameter smaller than the wavelength of incident light from the light source part and dispersing the incident light, and transmits the incident light therethrough; and control mechanisms 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26 that transmit, in a surface of the light guide plate 30, the incident light in a radial direction connecting the center part and an outer peripheral part of the light guide plate at an angle according to the value of a physical quantity of a display object with a specific direction as a reference, thereby displaying hands 31, 32, and 33 each indicating the value of a physical quantity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】表示対象の物理量の値を示す指針に装飾性が付与された表示機器を提供する。【解決手段】表示機器1は、光源部10と、平均粒径が光源部からの入射光の波長よりも小さくかつ入射光を散乱させる微小粒子を透光性材料中に一様に分散させて構成され、入射光を透過させる導光板30と、導光板30の面内において、特定の方向を基準として表示対象の物理量の値に応じた角度で導光板の中央部と外周部とを結ぶ径方向に入射光を透過させることにより、物理量の値を示す指針31、32、33を表示させる制御機構21、22、23、24、25、26とを有する。【選択図】図1
