Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature prediction device that can easily determine whether an overcurrent flows to an electromagnet coil of a magnetic bearing loading compressor.SOLUTION: A temperature prediction device comprises: an application voltage identification unit that identifies a voltage value to be applied to an electromagnetic coil in accordance with a distance from a distance detection unit provided in the electromagnetic coil to an output shaft; a coil current detection unit that detects a flowing current value when applying a voltage to the electromagnetic coil on the basis of the voltage value identified by the application voltage identification unit; and a coil temperature estimation unit that estimates a temperature of the electromagnetic coil on the basis of the voltage value identified by the application voltage identification unit, the current value detected by the coil current detection unit, and a relationship among the voltage value to be applied to the electromagnetic coil, a flowing current value when the voltage is applied to the electromagnetic coil on the basis of the voltage value to be applied to the electromagnetic coil and a temperature of the electromagnetic coil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】磁気軸受搭載圧縮機の電磁石コイルに過電流が流れたか否かを容易に判定することができる温度予測装置を提供する。【解決手段】電磁石コイルに設けられた距離検出部から出力軸までの距離に応じた前記電磁石コイルに印加する電圧値を特定する印加電圧特定部と、前記印加電圧特定部が特定した電圧値に基づいて前記電磁石コイルに電圧を印加したときに流れる電流値を検出するコイル電流検出部と、前記印加電圧特定部が特定した電圧値と、前記コイル電流検出部が検出した電流値と、前記電磁石コイルに印加される電圧値、前記電磁石コイルに印加される電圧値に基づいて前記電磁石コイルに電圧が印加されたときに流れる電流値、及び、前記電磁石コイルの温度の間の関係式とに基づいて、前記電磁石コイルの温度を推定するコイル温度推定部と、を備える温度予測装置である。【選択図】図2 |
