Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of processing a cloth crease that can easily make a crease in a place desired to be creased, regardless of whether semifinished or finished and does not impact on the texture of cloth, the crease being resistant to moisture such as rain and long-lasting.SOLUTION: A needle thread 11 and a bobbin thread 12 are sewed by a sewing machine along the line to be a crease on a fabric 100. The needle thread 11, using water-soluble thread, fixes the bobbin thread 12 onto the valley-shaped fold that is the back side of the crease of the fabric 100. The bobbin thread 12, using thermosetting adhesive resin, is fixed by the needle thread 11 onto the valley-shaped fold on the back side of the crease of fabric 100. After the needle thread 11 and the bobbin thread 12 are sewed onto the crease line, the fabric 100 is folded so as to sandwich the bobbin thread 12 and steam-pressed at the suitable temperature according to the type of the fabric 100. The needle thread 11 is exposed to the moisture and dissolves, and the bobbin thread 12 cures so as to slightly bond the valley-shaped fold of the fabric 100 after the thread-like thermosetting resin is melted due to the heat pressure once.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 半製品や完成品であるか否かを問わず、折り目を付けたい場所に簡単に折り目を付けることができ、雨などの水分にも強く、折り目の持続性が長く、生地の質感に影響を及ぼさない衣類の折り目加工方法を提供する。【解決手段】 繊維生地100の折り目となるラインに沿ってミシンを用いて上糸11及び下糸12を縫い付ける。上糸11は、下糸12を繊維生地100の折り目裏側となる谷折り部分に固定するもので、水溶性の糸を用いる。下糸12は、繊維生地100の折り目裏側の谷折り部分に上糸11で固定される糸状の熱硬化性の接着用樹脂を用いる。上糸11と下糸12を折り目ライン上に縫い付けた後、繊維生地100は、下糸12を挟むようにして折り畳まれ、繊維生地100の種類に応じた適切な温度でスチームプレスする。上糸11は、水蒸気に晒されて溶解し、下糸12は、加熱加圧されることで糸状の熱硬化性樹脂が一度融解した後、繊維生地100の谷折り部分を僅かに接着するように硬化する。【選択図】図1 |
