Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrostatic charge adjustment powder capable of preventing static electricity from charging on a surface of fiber, cloth or paper, by mixing powder into, or turning the powder into a coating material to apply onto, an electrostatic charge adjustment target such as fiber, cloth or paper, without using an expensive tin oxide.SOLUTION: Electrostatic charge adjustment powder includes a core particle of a titanium dioxide and a coat layer of a niobium-doped titanium dioxide on a surface of the core particle, with a content of niobium being 0.2-3 wt.% with regard to its entirety. The electrostatic charge adjustment powder preferably has 50-900 V of withstand voltage, 0.1-0.5 μm of a primary particle diameter, 10-10Ω cm of resistivity at the core particle of the titanium dioxide, and a minus electrostatic charge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高価な酸化スズを使用せずに、繊維、布及び紙等の帯電調整対象物に対して、粉体を混入あるいは塗料化して塗布して、繊維、布及び紙等の表面に静電気が帯電することを防止できる帯電調整用粉体の提供。【解決手段】二酸化チタンのコア粒子と、当該コア粒子表面にニオブドープ二酸化チタンのコート層とを有し、ニオブ含有量が全体に対して0.2〜3重量%である帯電調整用粉体。好ましくは、50〜900Vの耐電圧を有し、その一次粒子径が0.1〜0.5μmであり、二酸化チタンコア粒子の粉体比抵抗が、103〜108Ω・cmであり、マイナスの帯電量を有する帯電調整用粉体。【選択図】図1 |
