Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly restrict a distance between a filter and a heat sink.SOLUTION: A suction unit includes: a filter formed into a plate shape; a heat sink which is disposed facing a part of the filter; a heater which heats the part of the filter through the heat sink by heating the heat sink; a drive part which moves the filter relative to the heat sink; and a case which forms a heating space while covering the heat sink. A cover which covers an edge part of the filter is provided in at least one of an outer periphery part and an inner periphery part of the filter.
