Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion core material for vehicles that is less prone to warp, has excellent dimension accuracy and is composed of a thermoplastic resin foamed particle molding with which a reinforcement member is integrated.SOLUTION: A seat cushion core material 1 for vehicles comprises a thermoplastic resin foamed particle molding 2 having a substantially rectangular shape in top view with longitudinal and lateral sides; and an annular reinforcement member 3 insert-molded around the outer edge thereof. The foamed particle molding includes lightening parts 4 penetrating in the thickness direction, formed therein, and slits 7 are formed at least at one corner parts of the lightening parts from vicinities of the corner parts to the outward of the foamed particle molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】反りが少なく寸法精度の優れた、補強部材が一体化された熱可塑性樹脂発泡粒子成形体からなる、車両用シートクッション芯材を提供する。【解決手段】長手と短手を有する上面視略矩形状の熱可塑性樹脂発泡粒子成形体2と、その周縁部にインサート成形された環状の補強部材3とからなる車両用シートクッション芯材1であって、発泡粒子成形体には、厚み方向に貫通する肉抜き部4が形成されており、該肉抜き部の少なくとも一つの隅部において該隅部近傍から発泡粒子成形体の外方に向けてスリット7が形成されている車両用シートクッション芯材とした。【選択図】図2
