Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat cushion core material for vehicles that is less prone to warp, has excellent dimension accuracy and is composed of a thermoplastic resin foamed particle molding with which a reinforcement member is integrated.SOLUTION: A seat cushion core material 1 for vehicles comprises a thermoplastic resin foamed particle molding 2 having a substantially rectangular shape in top view with longitudinal and lateral sides; and an annular reinforcement member 3 insert-molded around the outer edge thereof. The foamed particle molding includes lightening parts 4 penetrating in the thickness direction, formed therein, and slits 7 are formed at least at one corner parts of the lightening parts from vicinities of the corner parts to the outward of the foamed particle molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
