Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinel type lithium manganese-containing composite oxide capable of improving an output characteristic and a life property while suppressing gas generation, with respect to a 5V class spinel.SOLUTION: A spinel type lithium manganese-containing composite oxide contains at least Li, Mn and O, and two or more kinds of elements excluding them, and has an operating potential of 4.5V or more in a reference potential of Li metal. The spinel type lithium manganese-containing composite oxide is such that: D50 is 0.5 μm-9 μm; a value of [(modal diameter-D50)/modal diameter)]×100 is 0-25%; a value of [(modal diameter-D10)/modal diameter)]×100 is 20-58%; an average primary particle diameter calculated from a SEM image and an average primary particle diameter calculated from the D50/D50 is 0.20-0.99; and a primary particle is multicrystal.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】5V級スピネルに関し、ガス発生を抑制しつつ、出力特性さらには寿命特性を向上させることができるスピネル型リチウムマンガン含有複合酸化物を提供する。【解決手段】Li、Mn及びOと、これら以外の2種以上の元素とを少なくとも含む、金属Li基準電位で4.5V以上の作動電位を有するスピネル型リチウムマンガン含有複合酸化物であって、D50が0.5μm〜9μmであり、(|モード径−D50|/モード径)×100の値が0〜25%であり、(|モード径−D10|/モード径)×100の値が20〜58%であり、SEM画像より算出した平均一次粒子径と前記D50から算出される平均一次粒子径/D50が0.20〜0.99であって、一次粒子が多結晶であるスピネル型リチウムマンガン含有複合酸化物。【選択図】なし |
