Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately adjust the SOC of batteries of multiple vehicles according to the relationship between demand and supply of electric power in an external power system.SOLUTION: A server for a charging/discharging system which is communicably connected to a plurality of registered vehicles carrying a battery which can be charged and discharged, includes: a running start scheduled time acquisition/prediction unit that acquires or predicts a next running start scheduled time for each of the registered vehicles; an external power information acquirement unit that acquires power system information that indicates a relationship between demand and supply of electric power in an external power system and a power adjustment request generated on the basis of the relationship; a target vehicle determination unit that determines a target vehicle of which a battery is to be charged or discharged at least from registered vehicles in a parked state on the basis of the running start scheduled time and the power system information or the power adjustment request; and an instruction transmission unit that transmits a charging instruction or a discharging instruction to the target vehicle for charging or discharging the battery of the target vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】外部の電力系統における電力の需要と供給との関係に応じて、複数の車両のバッテリのSOCを適切に調整可能とすること。【解決手段】充放電可能なバッテリを搭載する複数の登録車両に通信可能に接続される充放電システム用サーバであって、登録車両ごとに、次回の走行開始予定時刻を取得又は予測する走行開始予定時刻取得/予測部と、外部の電力系統における電力の需要と供給との関係を表す電力系統情報、又は、該関係に基づき生成される電力調整要求を取得する外部電力情報取得部と、走行開始予定時刻と電力系統情報又は電力調整要求とに基づいて、少なくとも駐車状態にある登録車両のうちから、バッテリを充電又は放電させる対象車両を決定する対象車両決定部と、対象車両に、対象車両のバッテリを充電又は放電させる充電指示又は放電指示を送信する指示送信部とを含む。【選択図】図2
