PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device including imaging means that is easy to do framing when taking a photo of oneself facing a mirror and can simply perform visual line matching operation.SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal 1 displays, on a liquid crystal display 3, an image obtained with an in-camera 5 for photographing a subject facing the liquid crystal display 3, finds whether there is a mirror face in a photographing range of the in-camera 5 at the time, if a mirror face is found, detects at least one of a background region and a face region by performing image recognition of the image obtained by the in-camera 5, applies image processing to distinguish the detected background region from other regions or image processing to distinguish the detected face region from other regions, and displays a resultant on the liquid crystal display 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】鏡に向かって自撮りを行う場合にフレーミングしやすく、簡単に視線合致動作を行うことが可能な撮像手段を備える表示装置を提供する。【解決手段】携帯通信端末１は、液晶ディスプレイ３と対向する被写体を撮影するインカメラ５により取得される画像を液晶ディスプレイ３に表示し、その際にインカメラ５による撮影範囲に鏡面があるか否かを検知し、鏡面が検知された場合には、インカメラ５により取得される画像の画像認識を行って背景領域と顔領域の少なくとも一方を検出し、検出された背景領域を他の領域と区別する画像処理又は検出された顔領域を他の領域と区別する画像処理を施して液晶ディスプレイ３に表示する。【選択図】図２
