Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labeling substance capable of carrying out high sensitive determination applicable to immunological measurement without requiring any special equipment or addition of a work step, which is superior in sensitivity, durability, and visibility.SOLUTION: The labeling substance has a resin-metal complex 100 having a structure in which a metal particles 20 are immobilized on resin particles 10. The resin-metal complex 100 includes resin particles 10 and metal particles 20, which has either composition of (A) average particle diameter of the resin-metal complex 100 is 300nm or more, or (B) average particle diameter of metal particles 20 is within a range of 20-70nm.
