PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of setting various cooking menus, and further capable of performing ventilation excellently.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a grille chamber; a gas combustion type heating unit 7 configured to heat an object to be heated, which is stored in the grill chamber; and an operation control unit B configured to control operation of the heating unit 7. The operation control unit B is configured to: when commanded to start cooking operation of an intermittent combustion cooking menu, combust the heating unit 7 based on a heating condition for automatic cooking with an ignition state and an extinction state alternately repeated; and during at least a period from start to end of the cooking operation of the intermittent combustion cooking menu, in order to perform ventilation operation continuously, issue to a ventilator RF a ventilation command of starting the ventilation operation and a stop command of stopping the ventilation operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】多様の調理メニューを設定することが可能となり、しかも、換気運転を良好に行うことができる加熱調理器を提供する。【解決手段】グリル庫と、グリル庫の内部に収納された被加熱物を加熱するガス燃焼式の加熱部７と、加熱部７の運転を制御する運転制御部Ｂとが設けられ、運転制御部Ｂが、間欠燃焼調理メニューの調理運転の開始が指令されると、自動調理用加熱条件に基づいて加熱部７を点火状態と消火状態とを繰り返す状態で燃焼させ、且つ、間欠燃焼調理メニューの調理運転を開始してから少なくとも終了するまでの間は、継続して換気運転を行わせるべく、換気装置ＲＦに対して換気運転を開始する換気指令及び換気運転を停止する停止指令を指令するように構成されている。【選択図】図８
