Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although as one of measures, filament winding using glass fibers is executed on a resin-based liner to reduce the weight of a pressure container for liquefied petroleum gas, more weight saving and cost saving are required.SOLUTION: A plurality of bottles subjected to drawing blow molding is integrated by a coupling fitting, to enable the bottles to be handled like one pressure container, so that weight saving can be attained, and also cost saving can be attained by saving a filament winding process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】液化石油ガス等の圧力容器に対し軽量化が求められ、一つの方策として樹脂製等のライナー上にガラス繊維等によるフィラメントワインディングを施すことが行われているが、さらに軽量化、コストダウンが求められる。【解決手段】複数の延伸ブロー成形によるボトルを結合金具で一体化することで、1個の圧力容器のように扱えることにより、軽量化をはかるとともにフィラメントワインディング工程を省くことによるコストダウンをはかる。【選択図】図2 |
