Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device that reduces an output voltage error of an inverter circuit and stably controls a motor to high speed rotation.SOLUTION: In a motor device 500, an inverter device 100 includes: a PWM controller 145 for generating a PWM pulse for converting a DC voltage DCV into an AC voltage on the basis of a motor output request; and an inverter circuit 110 for converting the DC voltage DCV into an AC voltage by the PWM pulse generated by the PWM controller 145 to drive a motor 300. When the PWM controller 145 performs trapezoidal wave modulation using a trapezoidal wave in an overmodulation region, a pulse width of the PWM pulse is changed at a predetermined timing on an upper side of the trapezoidal wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】インバータ回路の出力電圧誤差を低減し、モータを高速回転まで安定して制御するインバータ装置を提供する。【解決手段】モータ装置500において、インバータ装置100は、モータ出力要求に基づいて、直流電圧DCVを交流電圧に変換するためのPWMパルスを生成するPWM制御器145と、PWM制御器145で生成されたPWMパルスにより直流電圧DCVを交流電圧に変換してモータ300を駆動するインバータ回路110とを備える。PWM制御器145は、過変調領域において台形波を用いた台形波変調を行う際に、台形波の上辺における所定のタイミングでPWMパルスのパルス幅を変化させる。【選択図】図1
