PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably notify a server device of communications traffic.SOLUTION: A communications traffic management system includes a relay device connected to a terminal used by a user, and a server device which manages the communications traffic notified from the relay device. The relay device comprises a determination unit which determines whether the communications traffic of communication from the terminal exceeds a first threshold value, and a first notification unit which notifies the server device of the communications traffic when the determination unit determines that the communications traffic exceeds the first threshold value.
