Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably notify a server device of communications traffic.SOLUTION: A communications traffic management system includes a relay device connected to a terminal used by a user, and a server device which manages the communications traffic notified from the relay device. The relay device comprises a determination unit which determines whether the communications traffic of communication from the terminal exceeds a first threshold value, and a first notification unit which notifies the server device of the communications traffic when the determination unit determines that the communications traffic exceeds the first threshold value. The server device comprises a calculation unit which acquires a track record of communications traffic in a prescribed period of the user and calculates an average value of the acquired track record of communications traffic when the server device is notified of the communications traffic from the relay device, and a second notification unit which notifies the relay device of the average value calculated by the calculation unit as a second threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】安定的に通信量を通知する。【解決手段】ユーザが利用する端末と接続される中継装置と、該中継装置から通知される通信量を管理するサーバ装置とが含まれる通信量管理システムであって、前記中継装置は、前記端末からの通信の通信量が第1の閾値を超えているか否かを判定する判定部と、前記判定部により前記通信量が前記第1の閾値を超えていると判定された場合、前記通信量を前記サーバ装置に通知する第1の通知部と、を有し、前記サーバ装置は、前記中継装置から前記通信量が通知されると、前記ユーザの所定の期間における通信量の実績を取得して、取得した通信量の実績の平均を算出する算出部と、前記算出部が算出した前記平均を第2の閾値として前記中継装置に通知する第2の通知部と、を有する。【選択図】図2
