PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for manufacturing a flexible printed board, which enable the decrease in time and labor for peeling a non-conforming article, and enable the absolute rejection of a non-conforming article.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a flexible printed board comprises: a circuit formation step of forming a plurality of circuit patterns on a substrate sheet 20 to form article portions 30; an outline cutting step of cutting off article portions 30 from a scrap portion 21 to be scrapped in the substrate sheet 20 except connection portions 22 after the circuit formation; an inspection step of performing a predetermined inspection on the article portions 30 to conduct inspection about whether each article portion 30 is a normal conforming article or an abnormal non-conforming article 31; and a laser cutting step of cutting, by a laser beam, the connection portions 22 of the article portion 30 determined to be a conforming article in the inspection step, and leaving the connection portions 22 of a non-conforming article 31 determined to be non-conforming one in the inspection step connected without cutting the connection portions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】不良品を剥がす手間を低減可能であると共に、不良品を確実に廃棄することが可能なフレキシブルプリント基板の製造方法およびフレキシブルプリント基板の製造システムを提供する。【解決手段】フレキシブルプリント基板の製造方法であり、基板シート２０に複数の回路パターンを形成して製品部分３０を形成する回路形成工程と、回路形成後に、基板シート２０のうち廃棄するスクラップ部分２１から接続部２２を除いて製品部分３０を切り離す外形切り離し工程と、製品部分３０に対して所定の検査を行い、製品部分３０が異常のない良品であるか異常のある不良品３１であるか否かを検査する検査工程と、検査工程において良品であると判定された製品部分３０の接続部２２をレーザ光を用いて切断する一方、検査工程において不良と判定された不良品３１の接続部２２は切断せずに接続された状態とするレーザ切断工程と、を具備している。【選択図】図３
