PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-up display device that is compact and high quality.SOLUTION: A head-up display device 10 comprises: light path deflection means 2; a first mirror 3 that has power; a second mirror 4 that has power; and a light blocking member that is provided with an opening 5. Display light emitted from an image display surface 1 is reflected on the light path deflection means 2, first mirror 3, and second mirror 4 in this order, passes through the opening 5, and reaches an image reflection surface; the image display surface 1 and light path deflection means 2 are arranged on the same side as an observer and on the opposite side of the first mirror 3 with respect to a light beam directed toward the opening 5 from the second mirror 4; the image display surface 1 is arranged on the opposite side of the second mirror 4 with respect to a light beam directed toward the first mirror 3 from the light path deflection means 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 小型で、かつ高画質なヘッドアップディスプレイ装置を提供する。【解決手段】 ヘッドアップディスプレイ装置１０について、光路偏向手段２と、パワーを有する第１ミラー３と、パワーを有する第２ミラー４と、開口５が設けられた遮光部材とを有し、画像表示面１から射出された表示光が、光路偏向手段２、第１ミラー３、第２ミラー４の順に反射し、開口５を通過して、画像反射面に到達し、画像表示面１および光路偏向手段２が、第２ミラー４から開口５へ向かう光束に対して、観察者と同じ側かつ第１ミラー３と逆側に配置され、画像表示面１が、光路偏向手段２から第１ミラー３へ向かう光束に対して、第２ミラー４と逆側に配置されているものとする。【選択図】図２
