Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a correction without requiring feedback control when responding to a difference between a reference value of a limit value that is set in one of a plurality of mechanisms for adjusting supply amount to a compressed gas supply destination and a current value by correcting control amount relative to the other mechanisms.SOLUTION: A control device for controlling an inflow adjustment section for quantitatively adjusting inflow of gas to a compressor and a valve provided in a second flow passage branched from a first flow passage leading from the compressor to a compressed gas supply destination includes: a command calculation section for calculating a command value to at least either one of the inflow adjustment section and the valve on the basis of a load command value indicating requiring amount of compressed gas to compressed gas supply destination; and a correction value calculation section for calculating a correction value of the command value to at least either one of the inflow adjustment section and the valve on the basis of a difference between a reference value of a state amount limit value of the inflow adjustment section and a current set value of the state amount limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】圧縮気体供給先への供給量を調節する複数の仕組みのうち１つに設定されている制限値の基準値と現在値との差分に対して、他の仕組みに対する制御量を補正して対応する場合に、フィードバック制御の必要無しに補正を行えるようにする。【解決手段】圧縮機への気体の流入を量的に調整する流入調整部と、前記圧縮機から圧縮気体供給先への第一流路から分岐する第二流路に設けられた弁とを制御する制御装置が、前記圧縮気体供給先への前記圧縮気体の要求量を示す負荷指令値に基づいて、前記流入調整部、及び、前記弁のうち少なくともいずれか一方への指令値を算出する指令算出部と、前記流入調整部の状態量制限値の基準値と、前記状態量制限値の現在設定値との相違に基づいて、前記流入調整部、及び、前記弁のうち少なくともいずれか一方への指令値に対する補正値を算出する補正値算出部と、を備える。【選択図】図１
