Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide solvent extraction equipment and a solvent extraction method capable of suppressing the increase of the deterioration products of an amine based extraction agent included in an organic solvent.SOLUTION: Provided is solvent extraction equipment 1 comprising: a circulation flow passage 10 circulating an organic solvent; an extraction flow passage 11 branched from the circulation flow passage 10 and extracting a part of the organic solvent; a cooling apparatus 20 cooling the organic solvent fed from the extraction flow passage 11 to solidify the deterioration products of an amine based extraction agent; a solid-liquid separation apparatus 30 removing the deterioration products from the organic solvent fed from the cooling apparatus 20; and a return flow passage 13 returning the organic solvent exhausted from the solid-liquid separation apparatus 30 to the circulation flow passage 10. Since the deterioration products solidified by the cooling can be removed by the solid-liquid separation, the increase of the deterioration products included in the organic solvent circulating inside the solvent extraction equipment 1 can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】有機溶媒に含まれるアミン系抽出剤の劣化生成物の増加を抑制できる溶媒抽出設備、および溶媒抽出方法を提供する。【解決手段】溶媒抽出設備1は、有機溶媒を循環させる循環流路10と、循環流路10から分岐し有機溶媒の一部を抜き取る抜取流路11と、抜取流路11から供給された有機溶媒を冷却することでアミン系抽出剤の劣化生成物を固形化する冷却装置20と、冷却装置20から供給された有機溶媒から劣化生成物を除去する固液分離装置30と、固液分離装置30から排出された有機溶媒を循環流路10に戻し入れる戻り流路13とを備える。冷却により固形化した劣化生成物を固液分離により除去できるので、溶媒抽出設備1内を循環する有機溶媒に含まれる劣化生成物の増加を抑制できる。【選択図】図2 |
