Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching blade in which touch of an edge of a cut end part of a sheet such as a cardboard sheet and a paper board punched with the punching blade is excellent, and which reduces injury such as incised wound, and has a simple structure, high durability, and a low running cost.SOLUTION: A steel band plate-like punching blade for punching sheets has a cutting blade of a prescribed tip angle formed in one tip end of a blade plate of the punching blade. The cutting blade has a wavy part waving in the thickness direction of the blade plate. The wavy part has a structure that one or a plurality of wave crests in which an interval between the crowns of the adjacent wave crests is regulated to a first pitch, and one or a plurality of wave crests in which an interval between the crowns of the adjacent wave crests is regulated to a second pitch smaller than the first pitch are repeatedly aligned. An amplitude along the thickness direction of the blade plate in the wave crest of the first pitch is regulated to be substantially equal to an amplitude along the thickness direction of the blade plate in the wave crest of the second pitch, and smaller than the thickness of the blade plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】打抜き刃で打抜かれた段ボールシートや板紙などのシートの切断端部の縁の手触りが良好で、切り傷などの怪我を低減する、簡単な構造で、耐久性が高く、ランニングコストの低い打抜き刃を提供する。【解決手段】シートを打抜く鋼材の帯板状の打抜き刃であって、打抜き刃の刃板の一先端部に形成された所定の先端角度の切り刃を有する。切り刃は、刃板の厚み方向に波打つ波形状部を有する。波形状部は、隣接する波山の頂部の間隔が第1のピッチに規定されている一つ又は複数の波山と、隣接する波山の頂部の間隔が第1のピッチよりも小さい第2のピッチに規定されている一つ又は複数の波山とが繰り返し並設された構造を有し、第1のピッチの波山における、刃板の厚み方向に沿った振幅が、第2のピッチの波山における刃板の厚み方向に沿った振幅と略等しく、刃板の厚みよりも小さく規定されている。【選択図】図2
