Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting coil and a superconducting coil device capable of suppressing occurrence of thermal runaway or quenching.SOLUTION: A superconducting coil 10A includes a winding member 12 having a side surface 18 along the coil radial direction and formed by winding a superconducting wire 20 in the coil radial direction and a detour 19 provided on the side face 18 of the winding member 12 to perform electrical connection of the superconducting wire 20 in the coil radial direction. In the detour 19, the side surface of the winding member 20 is coated with a conductive resin mixed with a conductive powder containing at least one of carbon black, carbon fiber, graphite, metal fine particles, metal oxide, metal fiber, metal coated fine particle, and metal coated synthetic fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】熱暴走またはクエンチの発生を抑制することができる超電導コイルおよび超電導コイル装置を提供する。【解決手段】超電導コイル10Aは、超電導線材20が巻回によってコイル径方向に積層されることで形成されるコイル径方向に沿った側面18を有する巻線部材12と、巻線部材12の側面18に設けられて超電導線材20をコイル径方向に電気的に接続する迂回路19と、を備える。迂回路19は、巻線部材20の側面は、カーボンブラック、炭素繊維、グラファイト、金属微粒子、金属酸化物、金属繊維、金属コートした微粒子、金属コートした合成繊維のうち、少なくとも一つを含む導電粉末を混入させた導電性樹脂でコーティングされる。【選択図】図4
