Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse power source device capable of reducing fluctuation of electric power reused.SOLUTION: A pulse power source device 21 includes: a primary side circuit 50; and a plurality of secondary side circuits 60 provided corresponding to a plurality of external electrodes 12 respectively. The primary side circuit 50 includes a coil part 51 wound about a core B, and each of the plurality of secondary side circuits 60 includes a capacitor C2 for supplying an output power to an external electrode 12 corresponding to the secondary side circuit 60 of the plurality of external electrodes 12 and a central electrode 11, and a coil part 61 provided between one end of the capacitor C2 and the other end of the capacitor C2 and wound around the core B.
