PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen sensor with which it is possible to stabilize sensitivity under a high temperature environment.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, the hydrogen sensor includes a first metal body, a first film, and a first intermediate area. The first metal body includes a first metallic element and has hydrogen occlusion capacity. The first film includes a compound of a first nonmetallic element. The first intermediate area is provided between the first metal body and the first film.
