Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an object to be preserved such as cells to be embedded inside a gel in a short time and stably preserve the object to be preserved inside the gel even after embedding.SOLUTION: The method of preserving an object to be preserved comprises: a first step of obtaining a sol state first preservation liquid including a sol-gel transition body and the object to be preserved; a second step of leaving the first preservation liquid, after the first step, under 23°C to 42°C conditions such that the first preservation liquid is gelatinized from a sol state to a gel state with a storage elastic modulus of at least 100 Pa after one hour, and enclosing a part or the entirety of the object to be preserved with the sol gel transition body; and a third step of controlling the temperature of the gel-state first preservation liquid, after the second step, maintaining the gel state at a storage elastic modulus of at least 200 Pa, and preserving the object to be preserved.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】短時間でゲルの内部に細胞などの保存対象物を包埋することができ、かつ包埋後もゲルの内部で保存対象物を安定的に保存する。【解決手段】保存対象物の保存方法は、ゾルゲル転移体と保存対象物とを含むゾル状態の第1保存液を得る第1工程と、前記第1工程の後、前記第1保存液を23℃以上42℃以下の条件下に載置することにより、ゾル状態から1時間で貯蔵弾性率を100Pa以上のゲル状態に前記第1保存液をゲル化し、前記保存対象物の一部または全部を前記ゾルゲル転移体で包囲する第2工程と、前記第2工程の後、前記第1保存液のゲル状態を温度制御により、貯蔵弾性率が200Pa以上のゲル状態として維持し、前記保存対象物を保存する第3工程とを含む。【選択図】なし |
