Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a rotation number necessary for boosting oil to prescribed pressure, and to suppress the generation of erosion caused by a backflow of the oil through beard grooves to a pump chamber from a discharge oil passage, and the generation of noise, in a vane pump having the beard grooves at a side plate.SOLUTION: In a vane pump 10, an outer side plate 22 comprises: first beard grooves 74a, 74b and second beard grooves 76a, 76b which are narrowed at tips as progressing toward a rotation direction of a rotor 24, and form a communication path of oil to discharge ports 56a, 56b; and plate-side boosting grooves 80a, 80b progressing to an external peripheral side of the rotor 24 from a vane back pressure groove 48 at an upstream side of the rotor 24 in a rotation direction rather than the beard grooves. When the plate-side boosting grooves 80a, 80b and a rotor-side boosting groove 82 which is formed toward a rotation center axis C side from an external peripheral edge of the rotor 24 coincide with each other in phases, adjacent pump chambers 78a, 78b and the vane back pressure groove 48 communicate with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】サイドプレートにヒゲ溝を備えるベーンポンプにおいて、オイルを所定圧へ昇圧するのに必要な回転数を抑制するとともに、吐出油路からポンプ室へのヒゲ溝を介したオイルの逆流によるエロージョンの発生および異音の発生を抑制する。【解決手段】ベーンポンプ10によれば、アウタサイドプレート22は、ロータ24の回転方向に向って先端程細くなり、吐出ポート56a,56bへのオイルの連通路を形成する第1ヒゲ溝74a,74bおよび第2ヒゲ溝76a,76bと、それらよりロータ24の回転方向の上流側においてベーン背圧溝48からロータ24の外周側へ向かうプレート側昇圧溝80a,80bとを備え、プレート側昇圧溝80a,80bとロータ24の外周縁から回転中心軸C側へ向って形成されたロータ側昇圧溝82との位相が一致した際、隣接ポンプ室78a,78bとベーン背圧溝48とが連通される。【選択図】図4 |
