Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furnace core tube that can be used in a furnace at 1300°C or less, and has excellent durability and temperature controlling properties.SOLUTION: A furnace core tube has a metal cylindrical tube 1, the internal surface of which is coated with a glass material 2 of 1-5 mm in thickness. The glass material 2 has a melting point of 1300°C or more and a thermal expansivity of 9×10-17×10/K or less, and contains following components: SiO: 50-70 wt.%, preferably 58-63 wt.%, AlO: 10-23 wt.%, preferably 12-20 wt.%, FeO: 0.05-0.5 wt.%, preferably 0.2-0.4 wt.%, CaO: 10-18 wt.%, preferably 10-16 wt.%, NaO: 1-2 wt.%, preferably 1-2 wt.%, KO: 4-6 wt.%, preferably 4-6 wt.%, and MgO: 0.01-0.5 wt.%, preferably 0.05-0.4 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】1300℃以下の加熱炉で使用できる、耐久性及び温度制御性に優れる炉心管の提供。【解決手段】金属製円筒管1の内表面にガラス材料2を1〜5mmの厚みで被覆した炉心管であって、ガラス材料2が、1300℃以上の融点を有し、熱膨張率が9×10-6〜17×10-6/K以下であり、SiO2:50〜70重量%、特に好ましくは、58〜63重量%、Al2O3:10〜23重量%、特に好ましくは、12〜20重量%、Fe2O3:0.05〜0.5重量%、特に好まくは、0.2〜0.4重量%、CaO:10〜18重量%、特に好ましくは、10〜16重量%、Na2O:1〜2重量%、特に好ましくは1〜2重量%、K2O:4〜6重量%、特に好ましは、4〜6重量%、及びMgO:0.01〜0.5重量%、特に好まくは、0.05〜0.4重量%の成分を有するガラス材料である炉心管。【選択図】図1
