Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate in which "achievement of conflicting functions" such as scratch resistance and adhesion between resin layer-support base material, scratch resistance and breakage of a resin layer at the time of bending, scratch resistance and suppression of curing of a laminate, and a plurality of functions are integrated with each other, which exhibits each of the functions without impairing the functions, and to provide a method for manufacturing the laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate has a resin layer on a support base material, when a wave number (specific wave number) is determined in which a difference between AFM-IR spectra measured at a position (position A) 5% of a resin layer thickness from the outermost surface of the resin layer and a position (position B) 95% of the resin layer thickness becomes the largest, on a straight line vertical to an interface between the support base material and the resin layer, and resin layer thickness direction distribution (thickness direction intensity distribution) of the spectral intensity of the AFM-IR in the specific wave number is measured, one differential curve (one differential curve) of the thickness direction intensity distribution has one or more extreme values, and a ratio of the resin layer thickness corresponding to a half band width of a peak (maximum peak) in which an absolute value of the extreme value is the largest on one differential curve is 5% or more and 50% or less based on the thickness of the whole resin layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】耐傷性と樹脂層−支持基材間の密着性、耐傷性と折り曲げ時の樹脂層の割れ、耐傷性と積層体のカールの抑制のような「相反する機能の両立」や、複数の機能を統合した積層体において、各々の機能を損なうことなく発現した積層体、および積層体の製造方法にある。【解決手段】支持基材上に樹脂層を有する積層体であって、該支持基材と該樹脂層との界面に対して垂直な直線上において、樹脂層の最表面から樹脂層厚みの5%の位置(位置A)と95%の位置(位置B)において測定されたAFM−IRスペクトルの差が最も大きくなる波数(特定波数)を求め、前記特定波数におけるAFM−IRのスペクトル強度の樹脂層厚み方向分布(厚み方向強度分布)を測定したとき、前記厚み方向強度分布の1回微分曲線(1回微分曲線)が1つ以上極値を有し、かつ前記1回微分曲線上において極値の絶対値が最も大きいピーク(最大ピーク)の半値幅に相当する樹脂層厚みの割合が樹脂層全体の厚みの5%以上50%以下であることを特徴とする積層体。【選択図】なし
