Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin molding having a simple constitution and sufficient hardness and also reduced excess manufacturing labor/cost, a manufacturing method of a fiber-reinforced resin molding, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced resin molding 10 is molded into a three-dimensional shape from a sheet substrate 12 containing a fiber-reinforced resin. The fiber-reinforced resin molding 10 has three-dimension-matched corner parts 26 and 29 comprising continuing plate parts having three dimensions different from each other. The fiber-reinforced resin molding 10 has wrinkles 24a and 27a formed by folding the sheet substrate 12 and projecting from the different-dimension-matched corner parts 26 and 29, and a thick part 40 laminated on positions provided with the wrinkles 24a and 27a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡単な構成によって充分な強度を有するようになり、且つ製造時の手間を減らす繊維強化樹脂成形品、繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法及びその製造装置を提供する。【解決手段】繊維強化樹脂成形品10は、繊維強化樹脂を含むシート基材12を元に3次元形状に成形される。繊維強化樹脂成形品10は、相互に異なる3方向の板部が連なって構成される3方向合わせ角部26、29を有する。繊維強化樹脂成形品10は、シート基材12が折り畳まれて異方向合わせ角部26、29から突出するしわ24a、27aと、少なくともしわ24a、27aが形成される部位に積層される肉厚部40とを有する。【選択図】図1
