Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer press device which can reduce warp generated in a punched blank, and a metal mold.SOLUTION: A transfer press device 30 punches blanks 10A, 10D, which are alternately located in a feed direction X in a strip layout and respectively extend in the feed direction X, from a plate 20 which is long in the feed direction X. The blanks 10A, 10D respectively have facing parts 11 which face each other in a width direction over a prescribed length in the feed direction X in the strip layout, and large contour length parts 12 of which a punched contour length per an elongation direction unit length is longer compared with other portions and which do not face each other in the width direction. The transfer press device 30 comprises a punch 32A which punches the blank 10A from the plate 20 supported by a die 31, and a punch 32D which punches the blank 10D from the plate 20 in which the blank 10A is punched. An apical surface 321A of the punch 32A is so formed as to be convexed vertically downward, and an apical surface 321D of the punch 32D is so formed as to be horizontal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】打ち抜かれたブランクに発生する反りを低減する順送プレス装置及び金型を提供する。【解決手段】順送プレス装置30は、送り方向Xに長尺の板材20から、ストリップレイアウトで送り方向Xに交互に配置され、それぞれ送り方向Xに延在するブランク10A,10Dを打ち抜く。ブランク10A,10Dはそれぞれ、ストリップレイアウトで送り方向Xの所定長さに亘って幅方向で相互に対向する対向部11と、延在方向単位長当たりの打ち抜き輪郭長さが他部位に比べて長く、幅方向で相互に対向しない大輪郭長部12と、を有する。順送プレス装置30は、ダイ31により支持された板材20からブランク10Aを打ち抜くパンチ32Aと、ブランク10Aが打ち抜かれた板材20からブランク10Dを打ち抜くパンチ32Dと、を備える。パンチ32Aの先端面321Aは鉛直下方に向けて凸に形成され、パンチ32Dの先端面321Dは水平に形成されている。【選択図】図7
