Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge and discharge device that improve charge and discharge efficiency by suppressing the remaining capacity of a storage battery from decreasing in low-load operation in a nighttime electric power time zone.SOLUTION: A charge and discharge device 1 comprises a control part 18 which generates and outputs to a power converter a target charge and discharge electric power command value specifying a target electric power value in charging and discharging of a storage battery by the power converter. The control part 18 comprises: an electric power command value setting part 23 which sets an electric power purchase command value as a target value of purchased electric energy based upon electric energy detected by first to third power detectors, nighttime electric power time zone data representing a nighttime electric power time zone of cheapest purchased electric energy from a commercial system in a day, current time data, and meteorological data; and a purchased electric power control part 22 which controls the power converter in electric power purchase by generating a target charge and discharge electric power command value based upon a difference between the electric power purchase command value and a purchased electric power value in electric power purchase detected by the first electric power detector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】夜間電力時間帯の低負荷運転時において蓄電池の残容量の低下を抑制して充放電効率を向上させる充放電装置を得ること。【解決手段】充放電装置1は、電力変換器が蓄電池を充放電する際の目標電力値を指定する目標充放電電力指令値を生成して電力変換器へ出力する制御部18を備え、制御部18は、第1から第3の電力検出器のそれぞれで検出された電力量と、商用系統からの買電電力量が1日の中で最も安い夜間電力時間帯を示す夜間電力時間帯データと、現在時刻データと、気象データとに基づき、買電電力量の目標値である買電電力指令値を設定する買電電力指令値設定部23と、買電電力指令値と、第1の電力検出器で検出された買電時の買電電力値との差分に基づき、目標充放電電力指令値を生成することにより、買電時の電力変換器を制御する買電電力制御部22とを備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
