PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an object detection method and an object detection program capable of reducing the processing quantity in object detection processing.SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: a cell feature amount generation unit for generating the cell feature amount of each cell on the basis of a plurality of pixels; a block feature amount generation unit for generating the block feature amount of each block on the basis of the cell feature amount of the plurality of cells; a storage unit for storing each block feature amount; a window feature amount generation unit for generating the window feature amount of each window on the basis of the block feature amount of the plurality of blocks; and an object detection unit for detecting whether or not the window corresponding to the window feature amount is an area indicating an object by using the window feature amount.
