Refrigerant is R32 refrigerant, mixed refrigerant including the R32 refrigerant, HFO1123 refrigerant, or mixed refrigerant including the HFO1123 refrigerant. The insulation member has a substrate formed by a first resin material having ester linkages, or a substrate formed with the first resin material and a second resin material having no ester linkages and laminated thereon.
