Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade and a wind turbine in which they have a simple structure and their prices are cheap to generate a running torque by both wind in parallel with a revolving shaft and wind perpendicular to the revolving shaft.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a blade at a wind turbine constituted by several blades arranged around a revolving shaft of a revolving base plate and fixed there. The blade has a cross-section flow line shape in which an arc projection long side 10 and a short side 11 are extended from a front edge and crossed at a rear edge and its thickness varies continuously, a size of curvature at a neutral line (d) between the long side and the short side of the blade section varies continuously from a blade extremity end toward a blade base part and a profile reference line perpendicular to a blade section varies continuously or intermittently or forms a curved shape bent with a predetermined curvature radius. When a code of the curvature at the curvature of the neutral line of the blade cross-section shape is defined as a positive value if the neutral line shows a convex shape toward an orientation spaced apart from the center of the curvature radius of the profile reference line, a size of the curvature at the neutral line (d) on the blade extremity end side is in a range of the positive value of 0% or more and 8% or less and a size of the curvature at the blade base part side is in a range of the negative value of 0% to -8% and the profile having the aforesaid cross-sectional shape is arranged along the profile reference line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】回転軸に平行な風と垂直な風で回転トルクを発生させる構造簡単で安価な翼及び風車を提供する。【解決手段】回転基盤の回転軸周りに配置された取付け構造の複数の翼から構成される風車における翼であって、翼は円弧凸状長辺10と短辺11が前縁から延びて後縁で交わり厚みが連続的に変化する断面流線形状を有し、翼断面の長辺と短辺間の中立線dの湾曲の大きさは翼先端から翼基部にかけて連続的に変化しかつ翼断面に垂直な翼型基準線が連続的あるいは断続的に変化するか所定の曲率半径を持って曲がった形状をなし、翼断面形状の中立線の湾曲の符号を翼型基準線の曲率半径の中心から離れる向きに中立線が凸状となっている場合を正値と定義したとき、翼先端側における中立線dの湾曲の大きさは0%以上8%以下の正値の範囲内に、翼基部側の湾曲の大きさは0%から−8%の負値の範囲内にあり、翼型基準線に沿って上記断面形状の翼型が配置される。【選択図】図1
