Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin embedded mold form, which is thinner and lighter than the conventional embedded molds and excellent at workability and durability, and an assembly method thereof.SOLUTION: A thin embedded mold form 10 structured by mortar material containing steel fibers includes: a separator fixing part 13 on which a separator 2 is bound; an embedding anchor fixing part 14 to which an anchor 14d adhered onto the installing concrete inside the thin embedded mold form 10 is bound; and a flat washer closing member 13d which, provided on the surface of the thin embedded mold form 10 of the separator fixing part 13, becomes approximately the same surface with the surface of the thin embedded mold form 10 by being bound to the separator fixing part 13 after removal of an exterior support steel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
