PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fall of an undercover in the event that a vehicle body is deformed and load in forward and backward directions and in outward direction of a vehicle is applied to the undercover.SOLUTION: An undercover 1 for a vehicle comprises: a body part 10 covering a lower part of the vehicle body of the vehicle; a bolt fastening part 11 connected to the body part and having a fastening hole 11a into which a fixing bolt 4 for fixing the body part to the lower part of the vehicle body is inserted; and a cushioning part 12 located near, in both forward and backward directions of the vehicle and in an outward direction of the body part, of the fastening hole, having a long hole 12a along the forward and backward directions of the vehicle, in which the fixing bolt inserted in the fastening hole can be held, and connected to the bolt fastening part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】車体に変形が生じ、アンダーカバーに車両の前後方向外向きの荷重が作用したときに、このアンダーカバーが脱落するのを防止する。【解決手段】車両の車体下部をカバーする本体部１０と、前記本体部を前記車体下部に固定する固定ボルト４が挿し込まれる締結孔１１ａが形成され、前記本体部に連設されたボルト締結部１１と、前記締結孔の車両前後方向かつ前記本体部外方向の近傍に位置し、前記締結孔に挿し込まれていた前記固定ボルトを保持可能な、前記車両前後方向に沿う長孔１２ａが形成され、前記ボルト締結部に連設された緩衝部１２と、を備えた車両用アンダーカバー１を構成する。【選択図】図５
