Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of folding with a pinch roll upon winding after a tail end passes through a rolling machine.SOLUTION: In a winding tension control method, where a finish rolling machine 6, a runout table 2, a pair of pinch rolls 3, and a mandrel 4 are arranged along a pass line for carrying a metal strip 1, and when the metal strip 1 rolled by the finish rolling machine 6 is wound around the mandrel 4, by controlling the pair of pinch rolls 3 after a tail end of the metal strip 1 passes through a preset specified stand in the finish rolling machine 6, a tension given to the part of the metal strip 1 positioned between the pair of pinch rolls 3 and the mandrel 4 is controlled to a preset tension target value, the tension target value is controlled when transformation is determined not to complete until the metal strip 1 to be wound has passed through the runout table 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】尾端が圧延機を抜けた後の巻取り時における、ピンチロールでの折れ込み発生を低減する。【解決手段】巻取り張力制御方法は、金属帯1が搬送されるパスラインに沿って、仕上圧延機6、ランアウトテーブル2、一対のピンチロール3およびマンドレル4が配置され、仕上圧延機6で圧延された金属帯1を上記マンドレル4に巻き取る際に、金属帯1の尾端が仕上圧延機6における予め設定した指定スタンドを抜けた後、一対のピンチロール3を制御することで、一対のピンチロール3とマンドレル4間に位置する金属帯1部分に付与する張力を予め設定した張力目標値に張力制御する巻取り張力制御方法において、巻き取る金属帯1が、ランアウトテーブル2を通過するまでに変態が完了しないと判定すると、張力目標値を抑制する。【選択図】 図1
