Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method of a container capable of removing sufficiently and efficiently a silica aggregate from the inner surface of the container, while suppressing clogging of an extraction port of the container.SOLUTION: There is provided a washing method of a container having a silica aggregate adhering onto the inner surface, and having a content extraction port. The washing method of the container has a low concentration washing step for washing the container with alkali metal hydroxide aqueous solution having a concentration of 5-15 mass%, and a high concentration washing step for washing the container with alkali metal hydroxide aqueous solution having a concentration of 20 mass% or higher, after the low concentration washing step.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】容器の抜出し口の閉塞を抑制しつつ、容器の内表面からシリカ凝集体を十分に且つ効率的に除去することができる容器の洗浄方法を提供すること。【解決手段】内表面にシリカ凝集体が付着した、内容物の抜出し口を有する容器の洗浄方法であって、上記容器を濃度５〜１５質量％のアルカリ金属水酸化物水溶液で洗浄する低濃度洗浄工程と、上記低濃度洗浄工程後、上記容器を濃度２０質量％以上のアルカリ金属水酸化物水溶液で洗浄する高濃度洗浄工程と、を有する容器の洗浄方法。【選択図】なし
