Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for determining whether a test sample contains plant pathogenic fungi of the genus Exserohilum or not.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for determining whether a test sample contains a plant pathogenic fungus of the genus Exserohilum or not, which method comprises the steps of: (a) placing a test sample on a front surface of a cellulose film not having through pores; (b) allowing the test sample stand for a certain period of time; (c) observing the back surface of the film; and (d) when fungal growth is found on the back surface of the film, determining that the test sample contains a plant pathogenic fungus of the genus Exserohilum, where the test sample is supplied with a culture medium prior to the step (b) or the back surface of the test sample is placed to contact a culture medium in the step (b). The culture medium is a lactose casein hydrolysate agar medium containing carbendazim, captan, streptomycin sulfate salt and neomycin sulfate salt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】試験試料がExserohilum属の植物病原性真菌を含有するかどうかを判定する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、試験試料がExserohilum属の植物病原性真菌を含有するかどうかを判定する以下の工程を具備する方法である。(a)貫通孔を有さないセルロースフィルムの表側の面に試験試料を配置し、(b)試験試料を所定時間、静置し、(c)フィルムの裏面を観察し、(d)フィルムの裏面に真菌が見いだされた場合には、試験試料はExserohilum属の植物病原性真菌を含有すると判定する。工程(b)の前に試験試料に培地を供給するかまたは工程(b)でフィルムの裏面を培地に接触させながら試験試料が静置される。培地は、カルベンダジウム、キャプタン、ストレプトマイシン硫酸塩、およびネオマイシン硫酸塩を含有しているラクトースカゼイン加水分解寒天培地である。【選択図】図8 |
