Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation device and an image formation apparatus in which such a malfunction that lubricant impregnated with a sheet-like member installed between a fixation belt and a nip part formation member leaks from a gap between the fixation belt and a holding member in a width direction end is reduced.SOLUTION: A fixation device 20 includes: a nip part formation member 26 which forms a nip part by being brought into pressure-contact with a pressure roller 31 (pressure rotor) through a fixation belt 21; a pair of flanges 29 (holding members) which individually holds both ends in a width direction of the fixation belt 21; and a sheet-like member 22 which is impregnated with lubricant and installed so as to be interposed between the nip part formation member 26 and the fixation belt 21. The sheet-like member 22 is formed so that a range M in the width direction thereof is included within a range N in the width direction between the flange 29 installed at one end side in the width direction and the flange 29 installed at the other end side in the width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】定着ベルトとニップ部形成部材との間に設置されたシート状部材に含浸された潤滑剤が、幅方向端部において定着ベルトと保持部材との隙間から漏れ出してしまう不具合が軽減される、定着装置、及び、画像形成装置を提供する。【解決手段】定着装置20には、定着ベルト21を介して加圧ローラ31(加圧回転体)に圧接してニップ部を形成するニップ部形成部材26と、定着ベルト21の幅方向両端部をそれぞれ保持する一対のフランジ29(保持部材)と、潤滑剤が含浸されてニップ部の位置でニップ部形成部材26と定着ベルト21との間に介在されるように設置されたシート状部材22と、が設けられている。そして、シート状部材22は、その幅方向の範囲Mが、幅方向一端側に設置されたフランジ29と、幅方向他端側に設置されたフランジ29と、の間の幅方向の範囲Nに含まれるように形成されている。【選択図】図5
