Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a black plated steel sheet, capable of contacting a molten Al and Mg containing galvanized steel sheet to water vapor in a sealed container to manufacture the black plated steel sheet having good appearance obtained by uniformly blackening a plating layer.SOLUTION: In a method for contacting a molten Al and Mg containing galvanized steel sheet 1 to water vapor in a sealed container 10 to manufacture a black plated steel sheet, the sealed container 10 is constituted so that pressure in the sealed container 10 is maintained at a predetermined value by variably controlling at least one of the flow rate of water vapor introduced into the sealed container 10 and the flow rate of water vapor discharged from the sealed container 10. In the sealed container 10 having the pressure maintained at the predetermined value, the water vapor introduced in the sealed container 10 contacts the molten Al and Mg containing galvanized steel sheet 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】溶融Al、Mg含有Znめっき鋼板を密閉容器中で水蒸気と接触させて黒色めっき鋼板の製造方法に関し、めっき層を均一に黒色化してより見栄えの良い黒色めっき鋼板を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】溶融Al、Mg含有Znめっき鋼板1を密閉容器10中で水蒸気と接触させて黒色めっき鋼板を製造する方法であって、前記密閉容器10は、当該密閉容器10内に導入される水蒸気の流量と当該密閉容器10内から排出される水蒸気の流量とのうち少なくともいずれか一方が可変制御されることにより、当該密閉容器10内の圧力が所定値に維持されるように構成されており、圧力が前記所定値に維持されうる前記密閉容器10内において、当該密閉容器10内に導入された水蒸気と、前記溶融Al、Mg含有Znめっき鋼板1とを接触させる。【選択図】図2 |
