Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roaster that performs restart processing when being stopped with power failure or source voltage drop.SOLUTION: A roaster includes: a power supply 304; an Instantaneous power failure detection circuit 312 for detecting that the voltage of the power supply 304 is decreased to a predetermined value or less, and outputting a detection signal; a nonvolatile storage device 306; and a processing circuit 301 for controlling a roast operation to roast a roasted material, the processing circuit 301 that makes the storage device 306 store the parameters concerning the roast operation upon receiving the detection signal during the roast operation. The processing circuit 301 determines whether the parameters are memorized in the storage device 306 after the voltage of the power supply 304 is restored and the restart is completed, and the roast operation is restarted when the parameters are memorized in the storage device 306.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15A
【課題】停電または電源電圧低下に伴って停止した場合の再稼働処理を行う焙煎機を提供する。【解決手段】焙煎機は、電源304と、電源304の電圧が所定値以下に低下したことを検知し、検知信号を出力する瞬停検知回路312と、不揮発性の記憶装置306と、被焙煎物を焙煎する焙煎動作を制御する処理回路301であって、焙煎動作中に検知信号を受信すると、焙煎動作に関するパラメータを記憶装置306に記憶させる処理回路301とを備える。処理回路301は、電源304の電圧が回復して再起動が完了した後、記憶装置306にパラメータが記憶されているか否かを判定し、記憶装置306にパラメータが記憶されている場合には焙煎動作を再開する。【選択図】図15A |
