Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency transmission window body structure in which a high frequency transmission window is made unlikely to crack.SOLUTION: A high frequency transmission window body structure 17 comprises: a high frequency transmission window 40; an outer sleeve 42 which is brazed and bonded to an outer periphery of the high frequency transmission window 40; and an inner sleeve 41 which is brazed and bonded to an inner periphery of the high frequency transmission window 40. The outer sleeve 42 includes: a cylindrical sleeve part 48; and sleeve fitting parts 49 that are provided in both ends of the sleeve part 48 in an axial direction. In the sleeve part 48, a groove portion 50 is provided on an outer peripheral surface of an axial intermediate part that is separated from the sleeve fitting parts 49, and a thin portion 51 is provided by resulting from the groove portion 50. The thin portion 51 is brazed and bonded to the outer periphery of the high frequency transmission window 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高周波透過窓にクラックが発生しにくい高周波透過窓構体を提供する【解決手段】高周波透過窓構体17は、高周波透過窓40、高周波透過窓40の外周にろう付け接合されている外側スリーブ42、および高周波透過窓40の内周にろう付け接合されている内側スリーブ41を備える。外側スリーブ42は、筒状のスリーブ部48、およびスリーブ部48の軸方向両端部に設けられたスリーブ取付部49を有する。スリーブ部48にはスリーブ取付部49から離反した軸方向中間部の外周面に溝部50が設けられているとともに溝部50によって薄肉部51が設けられている。薄肉部51が高周波透過窓40の外周にろう付け接合されている。【選択図】図1
