Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly restore an abnormality and a failure of a facility, equipment and the like.SOLUTION: A business system automatically acquires and analyzes sign/generation information such as an abnormality of contract objective equipment, and notifies it, and after the acceptance of a request, notifies a customer of the selection and an arrangement of optimum dispatch personnel and a repair part, and restoration prediction information. After the acceptance of the request, a dispatched person finishes service by using remote technical support, automatically performs billing processing after the service, performs the advance registration of the dispatched person who has passed a qualification/technology examination which is necessary for globally and smoothly performing the support as well. A registration system registers not only service personnel but also an equipment operator via an examination, sets a maintenance/operation school for the assurance of a registration content, and makes the school perform a constant training, an examination and registration. Furthermore, by dispatching an operator who has been registered to a company on the basis of a dispatch contract, a labor force can be provided to business activities per area, an industry and an enterprise, and to a load fluctuation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】施設・設備などの異常・故障を短時間で復旧させる。【解決手段】当業務システムは、契約対象設備の異常等の予兆・発生情報を自動入手解析通知を行い、依頼受付後、最適な派遣人員と補修部品の選定と手配、復旧見込情報を顧客へ通知する。委託受付後、遠隔技術サポートも利用して派遣人材がサービス完了し、事後の支払い請求処理を自動実行し、以上のサポートをグローバルで円滑に行う為に必要な資格・技術審査を経た派遣者の事前登録を行う。登録システムは、サービス人員のみならず設備オペレーターも審査を経て登録し、登録内容保証のためにメンテナンス、オペレーション学校を設定し、常時訓練、テスト及び登録を可能とさせる。また、企業へ登録されたオペレーターを派遣契約に基づいて派遣も行うことで、地域・産業・企業別の景気や負荷変動へも労働力提供を可能とさせる。【選択図】図1
