PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking set for a shelter capable of allowing a disaster victim to easily and quickly grasp facility information of a shelter at an evacuation destination and to smoothly grasp information delivered to the shelter.SOLUTION: A marking set for a shelter includes a laminate 1 for guidance marking. The laminate 1 for guidance marking includes a substrate on which a printing layer is provided. The printing layer includes a first printing surface and a second printing surface. The first printing surface is provided in a direction from a center to an end part of the laminate 1 for guidance marking, and configures a direction marking area 4 selected from figures, characters, signs, coloring or the combination of one or more of these elements which indicate the direction. The second printing surface is provided in a center area of the laminate 1 for guidance marking and configures a message area 5 selected from characters, numerals, signs or the combination of one or more of these elements.
