The elevator group management system includes a notification control part 43 notifying at least the name of the car to a user who gets on the car when a door of any one of the cars 31a to 31d is opened at the landing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】利用者が他の乗りかごに乗り間違えた場合に対処でき、再登録を必要とせずに利用者を目的とする階に運ぶ。【解決手段】一実施形態に係るエレベータの群管理システムは、行先階表示装置１５によって登録された利用者の行先階に基づいて、複数の乗りかご３１ａ〜３１ｄの中から最適な乗りかごを乗場に応答させる。このエレベータの群管理システムは、乗りかご３１ａ〜３１ｄのいずれかが乗場で戸開したときに、その乗りかごに乗車した利用者に少なくとも当該乗りかごの号機名を通知する通知制御部４３を備える。【選択図】 図１
