Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable (absorbable) fatty tissue reconstruction member capable of regenerating a fatty tissue, which is used buried in a defective part generated by a partial ablation of a tissue.SOLUTION: A fatty tissue reconstruction member includes a sponge containing collagen and a porous body containing polylactic acid. The porous body has a bag shape having an internal space, and the sponge is housed in the internal space. Sizes and the number of holes of the porous body are the size and the number of the holes that allow a fatty tissue to reach an inside of the bag shape, and allow the fatty tissue to be sufficiently regenerated with the collagen as a footing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】本発明は、組織の部分的切除によって生じた欠損部に埋設して用いられる脂肪組織を再生することができる生分解性(吸収性)の脂肪組織再建用部材を提供する。【解決手段】脂肪組織再建用部材であって、コラーゲンを含むスポンジ及びポリ乳酸を含む多孔体を含み、該多孔体が内部空間を有する袋形状を有し、その内部空間に該スポンジが収容されてなり、該多孔体の孔の大きさ及び個数が、該袋形状の内部に脂肪組織が到達でき、かつ、コラーゲンを足場にして脂肪組織が十分に再生できる程度である、部材に関する。【選択図】図2
