PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the details of an object to be monitored when an incident occurs.SOLUTION: A plurality of fixed cameras CA1, CA2 installed in a travel area on an express highway and a server device 10 are connected via a network NW. The server device 10 displays an imaged video of the fixed camera CA on monitors 31, 32 for the fixed cameras, and requests camera position information and zoom position information to the respective fixed cameras CA1, CA2 in accordance with occurrence of a traffic accident or the like in the travel area. The fixed cameras CA1, CA2 transmit the camera position information and the zoom position information to the server device 10 in response to the request.
