The control unit 10 comprises a light-receiving condition setting unit 11, a reflection surface condition setting unit 12, a reflection angle calculating unit 13, a date and time condition setting unit 14, an external condition setting unit 15, a direct sunlight intensity calculating unit 16, an incident angle calculating unit 17, a luminance threshold value setting unit 18, a reflection characteristic threshold value calculating unit 19, a reflection characteristic minimum value determining unit 20, and a material selecting unit 21.
