Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately discriminate a state of a physical quantity information generation device such as an angle sensor and the like.SOLUTION: An angle sensor as a physical quantity information generation device comprises: a detection signal generation unit that generates a plurality of detection signals; an angle detection unit 3 that conducts a computation using the plurality of detection signals to generate an angle detection value θs; and a state discrimination device 4. The state discrimination device 4 comprises: an initial determination value generation unit 41; a correction processing unit 42; and a discrimination unit 43. The initial determination value generation unit 41 is configured to conduct the computation using the plurality of detection signals, and generation initial determination value corresponding to a state of the angle sensor. The correction processing unit 42 is configured to conduct correction processing to the initial determination value to generate a post-corrected determination value. The discrimination unit 43 is configured to discriminate whether an angle sensor 1 is in a normal state on the basis of the post-corrected determination value. The initial determination value includes a change component changing in accordance with an angle of a detection object, and the correction processing is processing for making the post-corrected determination value have the change component reduced in comparison with the initial determination value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】角度センサ等の物理量情報生成装置の状態を精度よく判別する。【解決手段】物理量情報生成装置としての角度センサは、複数の検出信号を生成する検出信号生成部と、複数の検出信号を用いた演算を行って角度検出値θsを生成する角度検出部3と、状態判別装置4を備えている。状態判別装置4は、初期判定値生成部41と補正処理部42と判別部43を備えている。初期判定値生成部41は、複数の検出信号を用いた演算を行って、角度センサの状態に対応する初期判定値を生成する。補正処理部42は、初期判定値に対して補正処理を行って補正後判定値を生成する。判別部43は、補正後判定値に基づいて、角度センサ1が正常状態にあるか否かを判別する。初期判定値は、検出対象の角度に応じて変動する変動成分を含んでいる。補正処理は、補正後判定値を、初期判定値に比べて、変動成分が低減されたものとする処理である。【選択図】図4 |
